The European Youth Forum and the National Youth Council of Russia organized three parallel youth events. YSPDB took a part in two of them – National Youth Policies and Mobility.
Aim of the seminar about national youth policies was to gather representatives from the National Youth Councils and International Youth NGOs, and to give them the possibly to share experiences about the national youth policies in the European countries.
The second seminar YSPDB participated in was under the theme ‘Mobility’. The seminar aimed at discussing and sharing experiences on the problems of mobility in Europe and proposing solutions. The main issue was to find a way to go around visa obstacles that threaten participation and youth work in Europe.
