Empowering youth work - Youth work in Europe as evidence based practice
The meeting should provide knowledge, tools and assets for youth workers to further strengthen their position at local, national and European level. Sharing best or bad practices and finding common grounds about proven effectiveness of those practices will be the meeting ground. The expert meeting also contributes to the debate on developing a better recognition of youth work in Europe.
For whom?
You are invited to register when you have:
- practical experience in working with children and young people directly
- strong experience with (lobbying towards) policy and decision making structures
- working experience in youth work or now working in public administrations or (applied) research in the field of youth
- ability to present best or bad practice in English from their own experience
- ability to follow up on the results within their own settings
