Youth in Action by Sensu Stricto
June 21, 2007
YSPDB would like to invite you for a training course LARP in YOUTH in Action realized within Youth in Action Programme (Action 4) by Sensu Stricto POLAND.
What does it mean LARP?
A live action role-playing game (LARP or LRP) is a form of role-playing game where the participants perform some or all of the physical actions of the characters they are playing within a pre-determined space for a pre-determined span of time. So instead of describing their characters' actions, participants act out their characters' actions, often in costume. Further, the players' environment is used to represent the imaginary environment of the game world.

We all use some kinds of simulations while working with young people.
So why shall we do a training course about it?

- To create new quality using this technique
- To use it in more conscious way
- To be able to create such activities by our own
We would like to get into this specific type of simulation and adapt it to the young people's needs. According to what Sensu Stricto does at its every training course – we would like to make youth worker's work more professional.
