Call for Hosting and Co-Funding a Youth Work Development Training Event

Dear Members,
In the past years, the European Youth Forum (YFJ) has organized several activities with the broad focus on sustainability of youth work and national youth policy in Europe . These have been followed by concrete regional support activities, and a series of follow-up actions.
Continuing this capacity-building framework for member organisations YFJ is organizing a training event focusing on Strategic Planning and Financial Sustainability: a safer future for Youth NGOs. Under these two broad, yet complex, frameworks, the training event will look at the current practice among members related to assessment, planning, monitoring and evaluation of organisational development and will tackle fundraising tools, political impact of public funding, and diversifying fundraising schemes.
The overall aim of the meeting is to bring together practitioners and decision-makers of member organisations willing to share and learn good practices in organizational strategic development and financial sustainability. The event will therefore focus around two main themes: (1) the planning, monitoring and evaluation of organisational development; (2) fundraising and financial sustainability.
