MTP Oradea has the pleasure to invite you to a training course on participation that will be held in Oradea, Romania in May 2007.
February 28, 2007
MTP Oradea is a non-governmental organization active in the field of Human Rights Education since 1997. Its main target group is young people and the educational approach they use is based on non-formal education. Oradea mission is to promote peace and tolerance, understanding between cultures and the development of civil society.
So far, Oradea has been trying to promote peace and democracy by developing community projects and fighting against discrimination, racism, violence and other phenomena, which disturb the process of peace in the world.
Starting from here, Oradea can approach the challenge of participation in the society from a different point of view. This can also be a very good starting point in discussing about how participation is working in small communities, in societies and in the world in general.
The training course proposes you a very challenging program with the chance to experience everything about participation, the personal aspect, the community one, and invites everyone to take the concept further on the national and European level.
The event will take place next to Oradea, Romania, a venue located in the northwestern part of Transylvania, a famous region for thermal water spas, ancient caves and surprising landscape.
Board and lodging will be covered 100% by MTP Oradea for the whole duration of the training course.
