ACSN-SEE Meeting in Ohrid

In the end of May YSPDB representatives took part in an ACSN-SEE member meeting. It was the chance for the participants to present their work in the past year and to make up plan for the future work.
Sixteen participants from the six countries – Albania, Bulgaria, Croatia, Serbia, Macedonia and Moldova and two OSI representatives, took part in the event. Their work was divided in three-day session. On the first day everybody made a short report about the implementation of the activities drown up in the last Join Project Proposal. It was interesting to see the differences due to the specific situations and conditions in the different countries. An evaluation was made at the end of the day.
The participants discussed the most important issues and problems that had to be taken under consideration in writing the plan for the next three years. Many suggestions and comments were made. The OSI representatives also gave their contribution to the work. They made some remarks on the expectation of the organization and gave some very important advice about the next Joint Project Proposal.
The most important outcome of this meeting was:
- Pointing out the strong and the week points in the previous round of the project;
- Evaluating the results of promotional campaigns;
- Ensuring the future work on this project;
- Brainstorming the next round’s activities;
- Establishing better communication trough forum and wiki;
