On the occasion of the Earth Day on April 22, 2008, the Youth Society for Peace and Development of the Balkans organized the event in the collaboration with the Agricultural University, Plovdiv.

“STRUCTURAL DIALOGUE AND YOUNG PEOPLE IN BULGARIA”

The national debate “Structural Dialogue and Young People” is a result of a meeting of the National Youth Councils of the EU Member States, European Youth Forum and DG “Education and Culture” of the European Commission, organized in. January 2008. The aftermath is the engagement of each invited youth organization to undertake the initiative to conduct a national debate in their country. It aims at popularizing the issue of the structural dialogue and at carrying out a research of the youth leaders’ attitude towards the cooperation between the nongovernmental sector and institutions in promoting adequate and efficient youth policy, based on dialogue, mutual understanding and equality.
