A regional meeting of youth organizations from Shumen, Dobrich, Silistra, Razgrad and Varna took place on the 7th February in the Youth House in Varna. The meeting aimed at electing representatives for the Youth Consultative Body from the North East Region of Bulgaria. The conference was inaugurated by Mrs. Kalinka Popstefanova, the Director of “Youth Activities and Sport”, who wished successful work to the participants.

The most active part of the creation of “Youth Consultative Body” is starting this February

The most active part of the creation of “Youth Consultative Body” is starting in February. Its main purpose is to facilitate the work of the State Agency for Youth and Sports in the development of youth policies in Bulgaria. The idea for creating YCB became reality after the National Debate “The Structured Dialog and Young People of Bulgaria”, organized in June 2008, by Youth Society for Peace and Development on the Balkans and the Municipality of Varna, with support from “Youth in Action” Programme.
